Global Dynamix wins PIC 2 year contract

Global Dynamix Kuwait have been awarded the PIC (Petrochemical Industries Company a subsidiary of Kuwait Oil Company KOC) Transportation, Clearance and Delivery contract. Under this 2 year contract, Global Dynamix Kuwait will provide complete transportation, clearance and delivery, purchase order management, documentation control, and Value Added Services, for all PIC products from more than 75 ports and airports in more than 30 countries around the world. The decision was made based on a complex set of service requirements set by the purchasing and logistics departments at PIC.

This award comes as a result of the hard work, dedication and many years of experience in the logistics and supply chain management industry of Global Dynamix Team in Kuwait, under the leadership of Mr. Samer Ayoub, Kuwait Country Manager.

Part of its ongoing projects and deliveries to Iraq, and specifically the recent Airport Handling Equipment projects, Global Dynamix – Kuwait has successfully secured and completed to delivery of RORO Runway Rubber Remover Machine. The machine which was assembled on a Actros Mercedes Bens truck moved from Southampton Port in the UK to Shuwaikh Port in Kuwait. Upon its arrival to Kuwait, our team completed all the necessary transit formalities in Kuwait, trans-loaded the equipment on a Double Drop Low Bed trailer and delivered it as planned to the General Administration of Civil Aviation based within Baghdad International Airport.

Global Dynamix team re-affirms their ability to transport and deliver goods safely and timely all across the region.

One of England’s most acclaimed young rock bands, Keane’s first middle eastern appearance in Lebanon at the Byblos International Festival featured all his popular hits like “Everybody’s Changing”, “Somewhere Only We Know” and “Is It Any Wonder?”, along with songs from their praised new album “Perfect Symmetry”.

Global Dynamix was able to secure & execute 2 different shipments of Professional Musical & Stage Equipment, first coming from London under ATA Carnet & the second coming from Dubai under Temporary Entry. Both shipments were for the concert of Keane at Byblos International Festival.

Global Dynamix provided full services from clearance & delivery to site, import and export documentation, re-collection & delivery to the airport at midnight after the show, cleared the goods & released to early flight Ex-Beirut to Dubai to catch 2nd Day concert at Dubai. All was completed perfectly and the show opened as scheduled with the presence of thousands of screaming fans. Nothing says it better than our contractor: “Again thank you very much for all your hard work on the Keane project, we proved our competition wrong by being successful in the operation and making both Beirut and Dubai shows happen.”

Despites all the challenges & competitions faced throughout this shipment. Global Dynamix proved it is up to any challenge & are now more ready for future challenges. Global Dynamix affirms its ability to handle live events shipments with maximum dedication & time efficiency.

Global Dynamix – Lebanon has won and executed the shipment of Airport Ground Handling Equipment for a major airline in Lebanon. Shipment was secured and loaded on a number of 40’ flat racks at manufacturer plant in Spain and same was transported by ocean freight and delivered safely to final receivers at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport. Global Dynamix reaffirms its ability and capability to move over-dimensional cargo and safely delivers to final receivers.

Global Dynamix – Kuwait achieved a new mile stone to its success in Iraq by serving the governmental sector. Our well experienced team completed effectively moving industrial and training material equipment to both Ministry of Agriculture in Iraq based in Diwaniya and the Ministry of Labor and Social affairs based in Basrah. Completing all necessary formalities was performed and physical cargo movement completed up to the satisfaction of the concerned ministries.

Global Dynamix – Kuwait accomplished the delivery of 3 lots of heavy lift forklifts consigned to the US military in Iraq and Iraqi ministry of Defense based in Baghdad. The first lot consisted of 8 forklifts and was delivered in Nov 2008. The second lot consisting of 49 forklifts was successfully delivered in Jan 2009 and the third lot of 58 forklifts was completed in May 2009. Once again Global Dynamix delivers its promise of delivering goods safely on time, every time.

Global Dynamix – Kuwait completed successfully the transportation of 110 Generators and Transformers along with its accessories for a leading British manufacturer to Taji and Baghdad in Iraq. Global Dynamix- Kuwait handled the project from the arrival of the containers to Shuwaikh port in Kuwait by completing the transit formalities, booking trailers with the US military in Kuwait, loading, border transit, and transport of the containers till delivery points in Iraq.

As the information flow becomes more important to our business, Global Dynamix moved forward with updating hardware and software in order to better manage the transportation process and assist its clients and partners.

Accordingly, new servers and software implementation have been completed during December 2008 and January 2009, by adopting the latest technology in managing the transportation supply chain from rates, booking, tracking and tracing for physical cargo movement and documentation flow. These new upgrades offers clear visibility and improve the overall performance and information flow that is crucial to clients and partners to manage their business successfully.

The new Software is owned by a Dubai Based company and has been going through customization for more than one year in order to reflect the way Global Dynamix do Business. The new software has 5 modules under a single platform HR, Payroll, Accounting, Shipping and Warehousing & Distribution it can manage all Global Dynamix Clients needs under a single friendly user environment.
