Privacy Policy
Who we are
This website provides information about Global Dynamix and its logistics services. Global Dynamix S.A.L., Lebanon, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our contact details appear in the “How to contact us” section below.
Global Dynamix has its own offices through these companies:
- Lebanon: Global Dynamix S.A.L.
- Kuwait: Global Dynamix Freight Services Co. W.L.L.
- Qatar: Global Dynamix W.L.L.
- Iraq: AlHaraka AlDinamikiya Limited (Global Dynamix).
We may direct an enquiry to the office relevant to the requested service. A local entity may be responsible for information it subsequently processes in connection with its own customer relationship, legal duties or transport services. This policy covers website activities; quotations, contracts, employment and operational shipping records may require additional information and terms.
How to contact us
For privacy questions or requests, use our verified enquiry form, select General enquiry or Other enquiry, and begin your message with “Privacy request”. You may also email info@gdynamix.com or telephone +961 1 265 580. Our postal address is Global Dynamix S.A.L., Borj Hammoud, 42 Tripoli Street, Center Blanco, Block C, 5th Floor, Beirut, Lebanon. Privacy requests are coordinated through our Lebanon office.
We may ask for proportionate information to establish your identity and locate the relevant records. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive information through the website. If you cannot complete email verification, contact us by email, telephone or post.
Information collected
Depending on the feature you use, we may process:
- Enquiries: name, company, email address, optional telephone number, requested service, origin, destination and the message you provide.
- Company-profile requests: name, company, email address, request time and verification/download status.
- Live chat: messages and contact information you provide, together with technical and visitor information processed through Tawk.to to deliver the chat service.
- Technical operation: hosting and security information, such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser-related information recorded by the hosting or chat service.
- Correspondence: communications with you and records needed to manage your request.
The enquiry and profile-verification features use random confirmation tokens. The application stores a keyed hash of each token rather than the raw token. Anti-abuse controls use keyed hashes for rate-limit identifiers; this is a protective measure, not a claim that the records are anonymous.
Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, health information or other sensitive personal information in website forms or chat. The website does not provide online retail checkout or a financial-account service.
Why we use information
We use information to verify access to an email address; provide a requested profile; receive, route and answer enquiries; discuss requested logistics services; operate live chat; protect the website from misuse; maintain appropriate business records; and meet applicable legal obligations.
An enquiry is forwarded to our team only after you actively confirm the email link. Viewing that confirmation page alone does not send the enquiry. A verified email address does not establish the sender’s identity or guarantee the accuracy of the message.
Authorised personnel can generate internal profile-request reports showing requester names, company names, email addresses and verification/download status. These reports help us handle requests and are sent to our designated internal mailbox.
Requesting a profile or making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Legal bases where required
Where the GDPR or another law requires a lawful basis, the basis depends on the activity. It may include steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and protecting our systems, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required for optional technologies or communications.
Email confirmation verifies access to an email address. It is not consent to marketing or unrelated uses of your information. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Who receives information
We do not sell personal information collected through this website or disclose it to third parties for their advertising. Access is limited to authorised personnel in the relevant Global Dynamix offices and the service providers needed to operate our website, hosting, email and live chat. Our live chat provider is Tawk.to. These providers process information to deliver their services, subject to the applicable agreements and privacy notices.
If an enquiry develops into an actual shipment or service engagement, relevant information may need to be shared with carriers, agents, insurers, customs authorities or other parties involved in that service. We will provide additional information where required. We may disclose information where lawfully required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International processing
Our offices are in Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar and Iraq. Your enquiry and related information may be accessed by the office handling your request. Our hosting, email and live chat providers may process information in other countries.
Privacy questions about processing across our offices and service providers can be directed to our Lebanon office using the contact details above.
Retention
Unconfirmed website enquiries become eligible for deletion after 24 hours. Website enquiry records become eligible for deletion 90 days after the original submission. The system removes eligible records automatically when the next valid enquiry submission is processed; deletion does not run on a daily timer.
Company-profile request records become eligible for deletion 90 days after the original request. The system removes eligible records automatically when the next valid profile request is processed. Generating a manual report does not trigger deletion. If no further submissions occur, eligible records can remain until the next cleanup.
The periods above apply to the website enquiry and profile-request databases. Email correspondence, internal report emails, chat transcripts, operational records, hosting logs and backups are kept separately. Deleting a website database record does not also delete those copies. Records may need to be kept longer where required by law or necessary for a legal claim.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and risks. Measures in the verification design include encrypted mail connections with certificate checks, private server storage, single-use expiring links, validation and submission limits. No website or email system is completely secure. We do not promise absolute security or claim that email content is end-to-end encrypted.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to your circumstances, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, access or correct personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent, or complain to the appropriate supervisory authority. Exceptions may apply, including where records must be kept by law.
Where the GDPR applies, we will handle requests within its applicable time limits, ordinarily one month, subject to permitted extensions. Rights and any appeal or opt-out procedures under US state or other laws depend on which law applies to the request.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information that we should review or remove.
Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices or applicable requirements. The effective date and last-updated date appear at the top of this page. We will provide additional notice where required for material changes.
Cookie and Similar Technologies Notice
What these technologies do
Cookies and similar technologies support website sessions, chat connections and visitor recognition. This notice describes the verification sessions and live chat used on this website.
Website verification sessions
The company-profile verification system uses a session cookie named gd_profile; the enquiry system uses gd_enquiry. These support confirmation forms and protection against forged submissions. They use Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite protections. Session cookies are intended to last for the browser session, although browser session-restoration settings can affect when they are removed.
Tawk.to live chat
Tawk.to uses cookies and browser storage for visitor recognition, chat continuity and connection management. The identifiers and their duration can vary with the service configuration. For more information, see Tawk.to’s cookie documentation and privacy policy.
Tawk.to describes certain cookies as essential to its service. Whether a technology requires consent depends on its purpose and the law that applies; a provider’s label alone does not determine this.
Choices
You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking session cookies may affect verification. The website currently loads Tawk.to automatically and has an information notice rather than a cookie preference control. The verified enquiry form provides an alternative way to contact us without using live chat.
Website Terms of Use
About these terms
These terms relate to browsing and using gdynamix.com. The website is operated by Global Dynamix S.A.L. in Lebanon and presents services offered through the Global Dynamix offices identified on the website. The legal entity responsible for a particular quotation or service will be identified in the relevant commercial documents.
The website provides business information and a way to make enquiries. It is not an online booking platform, a retail checkout or financial advice service.
Enquiries, quotations and services
Submitting a form, confirming an email address, using chat or downloading a profile does not create a shipment booking, guarantee capacity or constitute acceptance of a quotation. A service commitment requires confirmation through the applicable quotation, contract or other agreed commercial process.
Freight services may be subject to separate agreed conditions, carrier terms, mandatory transport conventions, customs requirements and local law. These website terms do not replace those conditions or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Do not instruct a shipment, payment or urgent operational change solely through a website form or chat without confirmation through the agreed business channel.
Information and tools
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information can change. Articles describe the situation at their stated dates and are not a promise of current routes, schedules, prices, transit times or regulatory outcomes.
Container and ULD diagrams, dimensions, capacities and weights are reference information and can vary by carrier, equipment and aircraft. Confirm the actual equipment and loading limits before booking or loading cargo. Calculators are planning aids; they do not determine a carrier’s chargeable weight, approve loading, or provide a binding quote. The currency tool uses the rate entered by the user and does not supply a guaranteed exchange rate.
AI-generated logistics illustrations identified on the website are illustrative and should not be understood as photographs of our facilities, vessels or completed projects.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or use the forms to send unsolicited messages. Provide information you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive data.
We may limit submissions or suspend affected features to address misuse, security issues or maintenance, subject to applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
The Global Dynamix name, branding and original website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view website content and download the company profile for legitimate business evaluation. Other reproduction or redistribution requires permission unless permitted by law or an applicable licence. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights.
Other websites and services
Map links, source links and third-party services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and information practices are governed by their own terms and notices. A link does not mean we control or endorse every part of that service.
Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable care in operating the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item is error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information without the necessary service-specific confirmation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights where doing so would be unlawful. Any more specific limitation relating to freight services must be addressed in the relevant service contract and applicable law, not assumed from a generic website disclaimer.
Contact and updates
For website questions, use the verified enquiry form or our Lebanon office contacts. Updated terms will show their effective date and do not automatically amend existing shipment contracts.
